Privacy notice

Videos@AI is in a pilot. This is a short, plain-English notice. A full privacy policy will be published before paid launch.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to log you in and to send you updates about your jobs and orders.
• Your name, city, bio and profile photo or logo.
• Showreel links (YouTube, Vimeo or Google Drive) that creators add to their profile.
• Jobs that clients post, and proposals that creators send.
• Messages you send inside an order.
• Payment QR and bank details that creators add. These are shown only to the client who hired them, and to our admins when needed for support.

Why we collect it

To run the marketplace: to log you in, show creator profiles and jobs, connect clients with creators, let them work together on an order, and help the right person get paid. We also use it to keep the site safe and to fix problems.

Who can see what

Public

A creator's profile (name, photo, bio, city, categories, rates, showreel and ratings). Open jobs, including the budget and deadline. A client's name or company, photo, city and type, shown on their jobs.

Private

Your email address, proposals, order messages, deliveries and payment details. Proposals are seen by the client who posted the job. Order messages and deliveries are seen only by the client, the creator and our admins. A creator's payment details are shown only to the client who hired them, and to our admins when needed for support.

Services we use

• Supabase stores our database, logins and uploaded files.
• Vercel hosts the website and counts anonymous page visits (Vercel Web Analytics, no ad tracking).
• Resend sends our emails.
• Sentry gets error reports when something breaks. We don't use session recording.

These services may store data on servers outside India.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

We don't sell your data

We never sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Access or delete your data

Email info.videosatai@gmail.com to see the data we hold about you or to have it deleted. We'll do it within 30 days. We may keep records we must keep by law (for example payment records).

If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
